Orders will only be processed after full payment is received and confirmed by the minigift by Juheraa admin. You can check your confirmation status on the Track Order page. For bulk orders (more than 50 pcs), a 50% deposit is accepted to start the process.
Payment can be made via DuitNow QR or Bank Transfer to Maybank 5521 8962 7108 (MINIGIFT ENTERPRISE). Please upload your proof of payment when placing your order. The remaining balance must be settled before delivery.
Completion time is between 5–10 working days from the date payment is confirmed. For urgent orders (marked as priority), please contact us first to confirm availability.
Since our products are custom/personalised items, no returns or cancellations are allowed once the order has been processed. We always make sure every product is completed to the best of our ability. However, if damage occurs during delivery due to courier handling, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with proof (photo/video) and we'll help resolve it. No cash refunds, but delivery damage cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery is done via Pos Laju or the selected courier. A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp once the parcel is sent. minigift by Juheraa is not responsible for any delays or damage that occur during transit.
All designs by minigift by Juheraa are protected by copyright. Customers are not allowed to distribute, resell, or copy any designs without written permission from the owner.
Customer personal information (name, phone number, address) is only used for order processing and delivery purposes. We will not share your information with any third parties.
