Pick a design from our Collection, fill in the name, caption and date, click Add to Cart, then complete Checkout and pay online. You'll get an order number (MGXXXXXXXX) to check your status on Track Order.

Standard orders: 5–10 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders with a special character: 14–25 working days, because that figure has to be ordered in from our supplier first. Once it's ready, the courier takes 2–4 days (Peninsular) or 4–7 days (Sabah & Sarawak).

Yes! Every design is on the Collection page — front and back. What you see there is what you get. We simply fill in the name, caption and date you typed, so please double-check your spelling before paying, as we don't send a personal draft before printing.

No need. Our figures aren't made from your photo — they're ready-made minifigures, so they won't look like the face in a picture. You just type the details into the order form.

The Lego figures aren't custom-made — we can't build a new figure from scratch. But we do have ready-made special characters we order straight from our supplier (Tanjiro, Spiderman and others), just pick one when you order. Those take 14–25 working days because we wait on supplier stock.

Check any time on the Track Order page using your order number. To view the delivery address and item details we ask for the last 4 digits of your phone number, so your personal information stays protected.
