This site is operated by MINIGIFT ENTERPRISE (SSM Registration No. 202603171006 / 003865353-M). By making a payment, you agree to the following terms:
1. Digital product. A Digital Card is a personal webpage delivered as a link. No physical item is shipped.
2. Pricing & payment. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The amount shown before you pay, including all add-ons, is the amount charged. Payment is made via FPX (ToyyibPay).
3. Activation. FPX payment: the card activates as soon as payment is confirmed. Bank transfer: the card activates after your receipt is checked and confirmed. The card link is sent to your email.
4. Active period. An Invitation Card is active from the payment date until 7 days after your event date, unless you choose the Keep Forever add-on. A Greeting Card is active for the duration you picked.
5. Accuracy of information. You are responsible for checking names, date, time, location, spelling and account numbers before paying. Use Preview to see the card before you pay.
6. Your content. You confirm you have the right to use any photos and songs you upload. We reserve the right to deactivate a card containing content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes copyright.
7. Link. Anyone with the card link can open it, so share it wisely. The manage link (RSVP & wishes) is for you only.
8. Guest features. RSVPs and wishes are submitted by your guests. You can remove any wish you'd rather not show via the manage link.
9. Changes to these terms. These terms may be updated from time to time. The version shown when you pay applies to your card.
10. Keep Forever. The Keep Forever add-on means your card stays active for as long as the minigift by Juheraa Digital Card service runs. If this service is discontinued, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance and give you the option to download your card's content (guest wishes, photos and RSVP list) before that date.
A Digital Card is a digital product delivered to you instantly, so there are no refunds for a change of mind once the card is activated.
